At a meeting of the ILDRA board of directors last night, Peter O'Carroll resigned as both Chairman and Director and the directors convened an EGM of the company for Saturday 24th November. The meeting will take place at CityNorth Hotel, Gormanstown, Co. Meath at 2pm.
