Under the provisions of the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020, subsidiary legislation from Stormont, and every other power, the directors intend to convene the meeting using a live link technology. Notice of this meeting is set out below. If you wish to attend you must send an email to the address set out below, and you will then be sent a link which will enable you to attend by using the Zoom facility. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD AT 8.00 P.M. ON THURSDAY 27th JANUARY 2022. ILDRA 2020 and 2021 AWARDS While our 2020 and 2021 seasons have been very curtailed, we hope to be in a position to award cumulative mileage rosettes (Pleasure and CTR), Shamrock Awards and Pleasure Ride trophies at the AGMs this year (the Ulster Branch and ILDRA AGMs will once again be amalgamated). Members are therefore invited to send their competitive and pleasure ride mileage details (copy vet sheets and log cards) to Kirsten Conly-Devlin (kirsten_136@hotmail.com) before 14th Jan 2022.
